Bullet Journaling for Mental Health

Tracking your mental health is extremely helpful, and is something that started off my blog in the first place! This year I decided to create a Bullet Journal to best document my everyday wellbeing, my triggers, my mood and track my habits.

If you are considering following a routine this year - a bullet journal could really be the way forward for you!
